Mar 10th 2018 Paul ran his first Park Run achieving 33 minutes 28 seconds at Hove Promenade. He said "I was amazed at the time as I was targetting to beat 40 minutes and had only previously ran on a treadmill at a gym. I feel really proud".
The Park run is a very sociable event and you can take it at your own pace so everyone is welcome. Park runs are very keen to be open to all and are training guide runners to support those of us who are visually impaired.
